Summer/Spring Weddings

These seasons are known as the "IT" seasons, a couple can go everywhere to have their wedding on this day. A couple can have it in the beautiful Cancun, Jamaica, Barbados to back in the United States at Martha's Vineyard, South Beach, Florida; Los Angeles, Texas, Virginia Beach and etc. The summertime and springtime work well with many different themes. A theme that a couple could use I would suggest is "Under the Sea", where the cupcakes are made to look like Seashells, maybe on each cupcake there is something that reminded people of the beach, there could be a cupcake beach themed tree at the bridal shower or mini sized cakes on each table with seashells or frosting that looks like sand. Under each theme, everything from catering, decor, invitations, to what the bride and groom wear should fit that specific theme. The decor around the room could show off a part of something under the sea...fish, coral, pearls, etc. The dress attire element of the wedding if it is during the summer or spring then the bride can coordinate that with what kind of weather it is. A bride can definitely wear whichever bridal gown she chooses but also wear something different at the reception. A cocktail dress goes perfect with the weather of these seasons, maybe something short that shows off your legs because that is the best time to show them off. There are so many things in your wedding that can accentuate these seasons. These seasons give you many options to work with especially with the different holidays...St. Patrick's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.
